Through its flagship program, the Keystone School of Pastoral Care Ministry and Trauma Recovery Coaching, students develop the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundations necessary to minister to others with compassion, wisdom, and integrity.

The Keystone Center for Care and Education exists to equip those called to pastoral care ministry through biblically grounded education, spiritual formation, and practical preparation, cultivating excellence in ministry and strengthening the quality of care offered to individuals, families, churches, and communities throughout the world.

Leadership and Stewardship
The Keystone Center for Care and Education, Inc. is led by Founder and Executive Director Theresa Vaughn, D.Div., whose vision is to prepare capable, compassionate individuals for pastoral care ministry, with specialized training in trauma recovery coaching.
Working alongside a dedicated Board of Directors, she provides leadership for the Center's educational mission, while the Board provides governance, oversight, and stewardship. Together, they are building an institution with sound educational standards, responsible governance, and a lasting purpose—one that is not dependent upon any single individual.
